Basically, internet and modern gadgets allow you to perform a million tasks from any place on the surface of this earth, as long as it has internet.
Technology has advanced by so much, that now you can get a 500 dollar smartphone that would have equivalent power to a room-sized supercomputer of the 80's that costed 10s of millions of dollars.
Wow you might say.
Well, we should remember that technology keeps advancing, and more importantly, the rate at which technology advances keeps increasing too. What is the result? Exponential growth in technology advancements.
I can not even imagine what the next 10 years will bring. Or the next 30 years.
